May 29, 2026 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Phenom Resources Corp. (TSX-V: PHNM) announced that additional drilling has returned similar thickness and grade in its Rare Earth Element (REE) and Critical Metals deposit on the Crescent Valley Property, approximately 22 km southwest of Carlin, Nevada. Principal metals of value include rubidium, hafnium, scandium and neodymium, with lesser dysprosium, praseodymium, cerium, europium, niobium, strontium, terbium and yttrium — all on the USGS critical metals list.

The deposit is an Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) type — a magnetite-tourmaline-pyrrhotite-pyrite breccia body. Drill hole CVN26-07, 143 metres east of CVN25-04, returned a 102 metre intercept from surface of similar grade to that previously reported. The drilled area now covers over 240 metres by 215 metres; based on the 2024 IP program by Zonge International, the body is presumed to be on the order of 600 m wide, at least 200 m thick and at least 1 km long, open to the north.

Drilling was field supervised by Paul Cowley and Dave Mathewson, both QPs for the Company; samples were analyzed by ALS Global.
