The property comprises 150 unpatented mining claims and 80 acres of fee-simple land totalling 2,608 acres in north-central Nevada, seven miles south of Carlin. Rail and power are less than three miles away.
Mineralized zones are stratigraphically controlled within the Devonian-age Woodruff Formation. The most persistent, thick and highest-grade vanadium unit lies in the brown-black shale and averages approximately 115 ft (35 m), over a 6,000 ft north–south strike and 2,000 ft east–west width.
Interpreted Carlin-style gold targets at 300–600 m depth follow a nine-mile north–south structure parallel to the Bullion Fault. Reverse-circulation drilling began in August 2020; seven holes demonstrated characteristics of a large-scale Carlin-type gold system.

Test work demonstrated 95.5% vanadium extraction into solution, with refined processes achieving 92–98% extraction for both oxidized and unoxidized material.
