Geology
Carlin-replacement-style mineralization within Paleozoic carbonate host rocks — the Denay, Rabbit Hill, Roberts Mountain and Pogonip limestone formations — with a combined thickness exceeding 1,000 ft.
Exploration potential
Previous explorers drilled shallow holes (90–122 m) focused on Tertiary volcanics. The deeper Paleozoic carbonates remain underexplored, and the property displays high levels of arsenic, antimony, mercury and locally gold.
